We provide support and guidance to parents and carers of children and young people with special educational needs from 0 to 19.

We support parents across Warrington and Halton.

We work alongside Warrington Borough Council and Halton Borough Council, but we operate impartially.

The service is supported by a multi-agency steering group.

Access to our service is through self-referral. Referrals can be made by professionals, but only with consent from parents or carers.

The service we provide is confidential and information will only be shared with other professionals with explicit approval from parents or carers.
